Our client is a rapidly growing industrial SaaS company in the manufacturing sector, now building its Support function entirely from scratch. They are looking for a hands‑on Head of Support who can both manage customer issues and architect the full support structure - including ticketing systems, workflows, and processes. The ideal candidate brings experience in complex B2B software environments, preferably manufacturing‑focused, and is comfortable designing support operations while remaining deeply operational during the early phase.
German fluency is required.
