We are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Country Commercial Lead for Germany.
You will drive sales and marketing execution for our medical aesthetics injectables portfolio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is focused on accelerating revenue growth, leading the commercial team, and strengthening market presence.
You will play a key role in translating regional strategy into local execution while building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Strategy
* Define and execute the DACH growth strategy for the injectables portfolio
* Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies
* Adapt global strategy to local market dynamics and regulatory environment
* Drive achievement of sales targets across the DACH region
* Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team
* Monitor performance and implement actions to close gaps
* Manage key accounts and support the team in strategic deals
Revenue & P&L Ownership
* Own full regional revenue targets and commercial performance
* Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability
* Build and manage forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
Commercial Excellence & Planning
* Lead and optimize the sales organization (direct and/or distributor models)
* Strengthen key account relationships with clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners
* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
* Contribute to annual sales planning, forecasting, and target setting
* Track KPIs and provide regular performance insights
* Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
Customer & Market Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians)
* Gather market feedback and competitor insights
* Represent the company at industry events and congresses
* Ensure strong field activation and customer engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with regional marketing, medical, and training teams
* Ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives in the local market
* Support alignment between commercial and operational functions
Compliance & Governance
* Ensure all business activities comply with local laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
* Maintain effective risk management and controls across all functions.
* Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance to ensure robust operational governance.

Your Profile & Experience
* 8–15+ years of experience in the medical aesthetics, injectables/fillers, or medical devices, industry with strong exposure to injectables is preferred.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in the DACH region
* Experience in leading teams and managing P&L responsibility
* Strong understanding of aesthetic customer landscape (clinics, physicians, KOLs)
* Demonstrated ability to operate in entrepreneurial or transformation environments
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
