Job Description We are looking for a commercially minded and energised Senior Key Account Manager to lead a trio of employees and help grow the E‑Commerce business for the LEGO Group across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn and will follow a hybrid working model – three days in the office and up to two days remotely. Relocation support is not offered. Core Responsibilities Direct Management of a Key Customer – personally manage and develop a strategic key account, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction and successful implementation of tailored e‑commerce strategies. Strategic Key Account Management – develop and oversee account strategies for all key e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Zalando), driving overall account performance and profitability. Team Leadership and Development – lead, mentor and develop a team of three employees, ensuring performance alignment, skill enhancement and fostering a high‑performing team culture. Performance Analysis and Optimization – analyze sales data, market trends and customer behaviour to uncover opportunities, address challenges and continuously improve account performance. Relationship Management – build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership success. E‑Commerce Marketing Strategy Implementation – supervise the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, pricing models and promotional activities to optimise visibility and sales across e‑commerce channels. Negotiation and Contract Management – lead negotiations for key contracts and agreements with e‑commerce partners, ensuring terms align with company objectives and promote mutual growth. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing and customer development to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of account strategies. Do You Have What It Takes Proven experience managing major e‑commerce accounts with demonstrated success in driving sales and profitability. Several years of experience successfully leading and developing teams, inspiring, mentoring and driving high performance in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical capability and experience analysing sales performance, market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimise outcomes. Proven ability to align e‑commerce initiatives with broader omnichannel goals to create a seamless customer experience and drive cross‑channel growth. Strong track record of negotiating favourable terms and maintaining productive relationships with key account partners. Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms, performance analytics tools and digital marketing software. Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate strategies, goals and performance updates effectively to internal and external collaborators. Fluent German and English language skills.
