Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
* Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensure financial compliance with standards such as US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Collaborate with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate accounting practices backed by financial analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a multicultural, manufacturing environment across multiple countries.
* Strong financial acumen and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
* Proven leadership in mentoring teams and managing relationships.
* Ability to challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset.
* A proactive 'can-do' attitude and understanding of business drivers, with the ability to create partnerships and develop the local FP&A team in Denmark.
