We are seeking an experienced Global Service Delivery Manager to take end‑to‑end responsibility for a major international partnership. In this role, you will oversee a broad indirect procurement ecosystem—spanning operations, sourcing, governance, and value realization. This is a senior, high‑impact position that requires leadership through influence rather than direct reporting lines. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and global category experts to ensure seamless service delivery across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic partner to a global procurement organization Oversee the full landscape of indirect spend and associated delivery activities Ensure excellence in sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and operational execution Coordinate and align global category specialists and distributed delivery teams Lead governance routines including steering committees and executive reviews Manage complex escalations, risks, and time‑critical situations Drive continuous improvement leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies (including Gen AI) Ensure transparency around performance, savings, and value creation Build strong, long‑term relationships across senior stakeholder groups
