Job Title: Human Resources Information System Manager
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee and operate the daily activities of our HR information systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user incidents and change requests related to HRIS systems and their interface with third-party systems.
* Support HR units in digitalizing their processes.
* Maintain user permissions in HRIS systems.
* Carry out a technological watch in the field of HRIS.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and drive system planning, development, testing, and implementation.
* Perform system upgrades and provide training and technical support.
* Oversee all projects within the HR department.
* Work with HR units to ensure internal processes are followed.
