Business Development Specialist We are seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead the growth of our automotive division in select target markets. Key Responsibilities: * To identify and capitalize on market research opportunities. * Lead business development efforts, collaborating with our marketing team. * Stay abreast of industry trends and position us as a frontrunner. * Cordinate presentations and procurements across teams. * Boost our visibility and presence through partnerships with relevant distribution partners. * Represent us at major fairs and events. * Serve as an expert on our platform, conduct demos, and resolve client queries, both remotely and on-site. Requirements: * A winner mentality. * 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably bridging the SaaS and automotive sectors. * Natural listener with excellent people skills, proficient in running smooth demos and addressing client objections. * Well-organized problem solver who translates clients' needs into actionable tasks for marketing, project, and IT teams. * Self-learner, curious, and adept at matching clients' requests with our solution. * Proactive communicator with experience in social media, conferences, round tables, etc. * Native German-speaker, highly fluent in English; additional European languages (especially French or Dutch) a plus. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent; further degrees welcome. * Existing network within the automotive industry is highly valued.
