We are currently looking for an IT System Administrator/IT Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support and coordinate projects and other tasks in the IT Department for our company and our subsidiary.
Tasks
Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers and operating systems
Ensuring system availability and managing the IT infrastructure
User support: processing IT inquiries, troubleshooting and managing users in relation to IT systems (Windows 11, MDM MobileIron, Intune, VPN Global Protect) and software (Office 365)
Managing and monitoring IT projects in terms of time, budget and quality
Close exchange with internal and external stakeholders and regular communication with the IT department, management and the parent company
Supporting the creation of project plans, milestones and resource management
Identifying and proactively managing project risks and developing solutions to problems
Ensuring quality standards, compliance and cyber security with processes
Preparing project reports and documenting progress and results
Monitoring budgets and expenses and ensuring compliance with financial requirements
Supporting the planning and implementation of changes during the project
Requirements
Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
At least 4 years of experience in system administration, ideally in an international corporate environment or with a project management background
Basic knowledge in the use and administration of SAP (advanced knowledge is advantage)
Sound knowledge in the administration of servers (Windows Server 2016, 2022), networks (Cisco Meraki Switch, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, HP Aruba Wifi) and with common IT support tools/processes (Teams, Teamviewer)
Very good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
High level of personal responsibility and the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
