We at Customer Interaction Europe - are striving for new opportunities in improving our interactions with our prospects and customers all over Europe by utilizing up to date and data-driven technologies and platforms. We are shaping the future Campaign Management team for Europe, responsible to support & consult Customer Journey Managers in NSCs concerning 1:1 customer interaction activity, by steering the usage of the central blueprint and by harmonizing markets´ requirements. We actively embrace diversity, provide a sneaker-friendly atmosphere and are offering brand-new European approach.
Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
* You will, together with Colleagues from all over Europe, steer 1:1 comm activities across the European markets, with focus on Legendary moments and with the goal to ensure a consistent approach along the Customer Journey.
* You will oversee 1:1 campaign operations performance and will be responsible to steer third party agency on a European level for this domain.
* You will exchange regularly with the Customer Journey Managers in the Markets to gather inputs and requirements and to showcase measures, results and insights.
* You will define measures and action plan to boost Services 1:1 communication via all the channels for the European Markets.
* You will steer loyalty programs across Europe, with the aim to reach an optimized and harmonized approach among the Markets, creating synergies and a consistent approach towards the customers, in close cooperation with our central function.
Fachliche Anforderungen
* Studies in business administration, business analytics, computer science or related subjects, with a specialization in marketing, media or consumer research.
* Relevant practical experience in customer relationship management, customer experience management or digital marketing.
* Expert knowledge in campaign automation tools mandatory.
* Proven track-record on high-scale campaign automation in a major industry (preferable e-commerce, automotive, telecommunication).
* A customer-focused and quality-oriented attitude combined with analytical skills.
* Ability to present results clearly to all types of audiences in both written and oral communication.
* Languages: English fluent, German a plus but not mandatory.
