Payroll and HR Operations Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and HR Operations Officer to join our dynamic team.
* This role is responsible for participating in the payroll process on a monthly basis;
* Ensuring the accuracy of salaries calculated and checking the integrity of calculation;
* Handling employees inquiries regarding payroll;
* Maintaining accurate employee records and following up on absences and illnesses;
* Assisting with employee benefits administration and providing general HR support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a BTS, DUT or Bachelor degree, 1-3 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg, and excellent analytical skills.
You should also be fluent in French and English, with German/Luxembourgish being an asset.
