Job Description
Manufacturing Technology Engineering Tires (MTE Tires) at our Hannover-Stöcken location is responsible for tire construction technology worldwide. We develop new manufacturing technologies, supervise ongoing production across all manufacturing steps, and support as well as optimize boundary conditions together with logistics and IT to ensure efficient, high-quality production in our factories.
A key enabler for optimal technology is strong communication between plants and central functions such as Quality, Manufacturing, Research & Development, as well as MTE Tires as the central and coordinating element.
Digital Manufacturing Technology at Hannover-Stöcken focuses on developing, standardizing, and implementing competitive IT interface solutions across all production technology areas of global Tire Manufacturing.
Within this dynamic environment, we are offering a mandatory internship position starting in August 2026. For the best learning experience, the internship should have a duration of 6 months. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is feasible, with the mandatory part lasting at least 12 weeks.
Your tasks will be:
1. Support with the implementation of Cybersecurity community worldwide
2. Support on delivering the contents in our Connext community
3. Develop Power BI reports for Cybersecurity KPIs
4. Develop Cybersecurity Office reports
5. Support with scripts in getting data from our current tools
6. Support the creation of technology community in Teams, Connext and associated Sharepoints
7. Help with the marketing concept for the community
8. Support the startup phase of the Technology Community
9. Help with the associated community calls
10. Assisting in the preparation of related internal international events
11. Optimization of communication in the technology community
Qualifications
12. Ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT Security, Engineering, or a related field
13. Basic knowledge of Operating Systems
14. First experience with reporting tools (, Power BI)
15. Understanding of networking and security controls
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
17. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment
18. Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI is a plus
19. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
20. Structured and analytical working style
21. Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
