Your tasks
6. Responsible for the management and optimization of real estate locations in the automotive sector, including factories, warehouses and distribution centers
7. Negotiating and concluding rental and lease agreements for real estate in the automotive sector
8. Monitoring compliance with contractual agreements and ensuring the profitability of the properties
9. Planning and coordinating maintenance and renovation measures for properties to ensure the operability and safety of the sites, as well as budgeting and cost control for these activities
10. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as operations managers, authorities, tenants and service providers, to ensure smooth operation of the properties and proactively resolve potential issues
11. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards for real estate in the automotive sector
12. Identifying and minimizing risks related to operations, environment and health
Your profile
13. Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired in another way
14. In-depth knowledge of property, facility and energy management desirable
15. Experience in the creation of data dashboards, primarily in the use of PowerBI solutions
16. Experience in the SAP PM and EAM modules
17. Written and spoken German language skills
18. Creativity, team spirit, assertiveness and an analytical mindset
