To complement our team we are seeking a dedicated engineering underwriter who has a strong interest in underwriting construction, erection, CECR, IDI business. Underwriting new and renewal global single risk engineering and construction business in accordance with agreed strategy and within designated underwriting authority
Performing risk assessment including pricing, wording analysis, accumulation management, and acceptance of large and complex engineering risks
University graduates or long-standing experience in single-risk property underwriting or claims
Familiarity with insurance coverages
Knowledge and experience in the application of relevant underwriting tools and reporting tools, including alternative tools (Data Lake) to improve profitability or efficiency
Excellent command of English, knowledge of additional languages is of advantage
