**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Support Engineer to join our team. As the highest point of escalation, you will manage the delivery of technical solutions to address customer needs. You will utilize diverse skills, from strong tactical execution up to project management to solve customers' issues in a timely manner.
**Your Responsibilities**
* Manage global technical escalation and provide subject matter expertise* Define and measure support requirements for new product development ensuring supportability at lowest cost* Provide subject matter expertise in defining Service and End User documentation and training for all New Product Introduction* Conduct training to propagate knowledge to all regional service organizations worldwide* Responsible for installed base product quality, reliability, and compatibility* Drive continuous improvement globally in enhancing the capability or efficiency in delivering support to the end customer
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related - ideally with experience as R&D, Production or Support Engineer* Structured and results-driven problem solver with a proactive mindset* Willingness to travel internationally up to 10-20% of the time* Effective communication in spoken and written English* Strong ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams* Process oriented, structured, and analytical thought process* Can do attitude, proactive, and self-disciplined* Customer focused and understanding of customer requirements and needs
