You are a passionate host and approach our international guests with warmth, openness and professionalism to make their stay something special. You know exactly how to lead and motivate a team on shift, keep an overview even in complex situations and always find a solution. Whether during daytime service or late-night hours, you oversee the bar area, support your team, and bring innovative, on-trend ideas in beverage service into practice.
What your responsibilities are...
1. You manage the operational aspects of your shift (early or late shift)
2. You never lose sight of the big picture when things get busy and can properly guide and deploy your team
3. You successfully put creative and innovative F&B concepts into action. Perhaps you also have your own ideas that you would like to contribute to?
4. You communicate clearly with your superiors and other departments, and you are a real team player.
5. You enjoy passing your extensive knowledge on to the team and especially to the trainees.
6. You are no stranger to social media, and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.

7. You have at least 2 years of sound professional experience in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry
8. You have already gained some experience in leading and motivating employees
9. You are a hands-on person and implement new trends with great creativity
10. Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do

12. You are an organizational talent and do not lose track of things
