Key Responsibilities:
8. Manage customer-specific open orders proactively and follow up on quotations, claims, and orders in line with KPIs
9. Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through quick and qualified responses
10. Maintain and develop customer service quality levels, supporting high standards in spare parts and related services
11. Support internal and external communication regarding customer material order performance
12. Assist in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
13. Train and support customers in using e-commerce platforms
14. Participate in back-up arrangements during absences of other Customer Resolution Specialists
15. Contribute to periodic functional and cross-functional activities, including projects and team meetings
Requirements:
16. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
17. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or material procurement
18. Experience in logistics and/or aviation is an advantage
19. Strong knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace applications
20. Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
21. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
22. Excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness
23. fluent english language skills
24. Ability to support and train customers on e-commerce platforms
