A solid technical understanding helps bridge business objectives with digital development.Your responsibilities:Define the strategy for the Tribe “Marketing and Conversion” and set OKRs to achieve ambitious growth targets.Lead an agile tribe of three squads (Marketing, Web, App) with about 20 employees. Coach squad leads, foster autonomy and accountability.
