Lead Electronics Engineer (m/f/d)
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team and lead pursuit engineering activities for our automotive energy solutions. This customer-facing role requires a dynamic individual with experience in complex systems and the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously. Lead pursuit engineering activities for automotive low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors.
Collaborate with automotive customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored electronic solutions.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers from early customer engagement through project award.
Work with cross-functional engineering team to design energy storage systems to meet customer requirements with a specific focus on design for cost.
Conduct electronic analysis, modeling, and simulation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive standards.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in electronics engineering, particularly in the automotive industry, with a focus on embedded PCBA electronics design and development.
Experience with automotive Functional Safety, ISO26262
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.
Fluency in English and German
