As part of a strategic engagement with our prestigious client, we are looking for an AI Champion to lead and structure AI adoption within the Cybersecurity Consulting Business Unit.
🎯 Your Mission
You will act as the driving force behind AI transformation within the Cyber BU. Your role will be to bridge central AI strategy with operational cybersecurity consulting activities, ensuring structured, measurable, and secure AI adoption aligned with industrial-grade requirements.
🔎 Your Responsibilities
🚀 Change Deployment
* Design and drive the AI adoption roadmap
* Develop structured communication and engagement plans
* Build and coordinate an internal AI Champions network
🧠 AI Use Case Management
* Identify and prioritize AI use cases for cybersecurity consulting
* Lead pilots focused on operational efficiency and service innovation
* Measure ROI and business impact
🎓 Upskilling & Enablement
* Develop and deliver AI training programs for cyber consultants
* Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and Q&A forums
* Promote responsible and secure AI practices
📊 Monitoring & Reporting
* Define adoption and performance KPIs
* Deliver monthly progress and impact reports to leadership
* Drive continuous improvement cycles
👤 Profile We Are Looking For
Required:
* Strong background in cybersecurity (consulting, governance, SOC, or risk management)
* Practical experience in AI-related initiatives or digital transformation
* Demonstrated change management expertise
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Fluent English
Highly Valuable:
* Experience in industrial or aerospace environments
* Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.)
* Knowledge of Responsible AI principles
