<li>Providing expert customer support in writing and verbally during the inquiry, quotation, and order stages</li>
<li>Preparing customer quotations, including sales price calculations, taking the competitive landscape into account</li>
<li>Technical and commercial processing of customer orders</li>
<li>Communicating regarding scheduling optimizations and delays</li>
<li>After-sales services – communicating and managing complaints/returns</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong customer relationships</li>
<li>Creating a positive customer experience through our services</li>

<p><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Completed commercial training</li>
<li>Experience in customer service or sales</li>
<li>Fluent German and English (spoken and written), Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Strong customer focus</li>
<li>Intercultural competence and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills and strong communication and coordination abilities</li>
