* Experience in requirements gathering stakeholder management organizing the business needs and creating the roadmap for the team
* Experience in documenting User Stories and Business Use cases with focus on marketing and Data Processes
* Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing cloud
* Need to have excellent communication both verbal and written Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies
