WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Drive advanced material technologies from a leading supplier in the field of electronic materials
2. Be the technical key contact for leading PCB makers and OEM(s) in advanced market fields like IC/Semiconductors/Automotive/Networks and Industry
3. Lead discussions of new technology ideas from start to mass production, be involved in the various development steps of future advanced materials in IC/Semiconductor market
4. Develop your individual strategy by region, market and/or application to reach the aligned goals with an innovation driven by management
5. Define, execute and monitor technical developments in the field of printed circuit board materials and support the handover to real business solutions
6. Be responsible for guiding/increasing existing material technologies and future material pipelines with customers and partners to the next level
7. Identify technological trends within your area of responsibility, consolidate requirements and initiate new material developments
8. Coordinate projects with global R&D, factories and sales, be involved in various steps to bring new technologies to market
9. Be part of a new organization set-up, grow with the group, bring in your ideas to develop the organization and yourself
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
10. Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
11. 5- years of working experience in printed circuit boards, PCB process and materials know-how mandatory
12. Advanced electronics, materials or chemical science background is beneficial to bridge the technology discussions between internal and external R&D centers with the influence of new chemical material formulations
13. High level of technical understanding in the relevant electronic materials area and an active mindset to develop new materials
14. Independent working style, analytical and strategic thinking
15. Communication skills across all levels of the company, customer and team orientation
16. Fluency in German and English
