Job Description We’re now looking for a HR System Specialist for 12 months FTC to support and enhance our Workday ecosystem across multiple modules while serving as a key partner to our People & Culture team. In this role, you will configure and improve system processes, manage reporting needs, provide user support, and contribute to ongoing people-systems initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently in an agile, cross-functional environment. Responsibilities: Design, configure, test, and deploy changes within our existing Workday landscape (HCM, Absences, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Expenses, Talent Optimization, Learning, and Journeys). Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives, such as data quality, process optimization, or new system implementations. Serve as the first point of contact for People & Culture and end users regarding people system–related requests. Provide support for our extended people systems, such as SmartRecruiters and Officevibe. Create, maintain, and enhance existing custom reports, and collaborate with stakeholders on reporting needs. Estimate and prioritize configuration changes and enhancements in an agile environment. Collaborate closely with other members of the Core Identity & People Systems team and People & Culture. Stay up to date with Workday releases and recommend new features or process improvements.
