We are looking to strengthen our team with an English speaking educator (part-time or full-time)

Your responsibilities:
* Teaching in a mixed-age learning group, in corporation with a german educator
* Responsible for the language division
* Working with parents
* Organisation, coordination
Your profile:
* Dedicated Educator with guidance of the ideas and principles of Montessori
* Experience in working with the Montessori method in mixed-age learning groups
* Committed team-player
* Recognition for Native Speaker by the Berlin Senate
* Native language English and German on a fluent level (B1)
About us:
Montessori & Friends Education gGmbH is an independent organization currently operating seven Montessori children's houses (daycare centers) in Berlin and Potsdam, as well as the International Montessori School in Berlin-Wannsee. Our goal is for the children entrusted to us to live and learn in a self-determined way, according to their level of development and at their own pace, with joy and interest. In doing so, we pay attention to the child's holistic development. Diversity and inclusion are particularly important to us – in the team as well as with the children. In our children's houses, we offer a fully equipped and prepared environment according to Montessori quality standards. We look back on over 20 years of experience and are constantly growing.
