7. Organization of events and VIP visits (e.g., political visits, VIP receptions, board visits, gala dinners) for guests and customers worldwide
8. Adhering to protocol requirements
9. Contacting and collaborating with key suppliers, including shuttle services, caterers, and photographers
10. Responsible for hotel and restaurant bookings
11. Processing and tracking service orders related to events in the system
Your Profile:
12. Completed studies in Communication Science, Event Management or comparable
13. Many years of professional experience in Project Management, Public Relations and Communication Management
14. Professional experience in Event Management
15. Experience with Airbus and in Protocols advantageous
16. Good skills in Google Workspace
17. Fluent English and German skills spoken and written
18. French skills are a plus
