Your responsibilities
1. Support with operational tasks relating to financial and statistical reporting including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
2. Support the analysis of potentials for process improvements and automation with providing support and knowledge in the field of digitalization and digital tools (eg. esp. PowerBI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, Python)
3. Support building and running additional quality checks in the closing
4. Help the team with internal stakeholder communication and from time to time with others administrative mostly project related tasks
Your profile
5. You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
6. Practical work experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Power Platform toolbox
7. Affinity for and proven know-how of Information Technologies and Data Analytics/ Science in a business setting, especially with regards to (big) data warehouse solutions (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Cloud) and related coding-languages (e.g. SQL, DAX, Python)
8. Passionate about operational excellence, agile working and business transformation
9. Good in stakeholder and process management as well as analytical thinking
10. Proactive with the ability to co-operate in diverse settings
11. High personal responsibility, flexibility and resilience with a good sense of humor
12. Excellent communication skills (English a must; German a plus) and assertiveness
13. Availability for at least 12 months; ideally longer
