Project Management & Operational Partner Manager

We are looking for a highly proactive and organized Project Manager, Partner Communications & Operations to support Project Chorus, a high-visibility strategic initiative focused on developing joint AI partnership communication plans with a select group of top customers.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, partner operations, and communications. The ideal candidate is confident operating in a fast-moving environment, comfortable managing senior stakeholders, and able to bring structure and momentum to complex, high-priority projects. This is a role for someone who combines strong operational discipline with excellent communication instincts and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset. Drive day-to-day execution of Project Chorus and keep cross-functional workstreams on track
Act as a key operational point of contact for partners, supporting approval loops for shared assets and communications
Manage project trackers, workflows, status updates, and activation calendars across multiple stakeholders
Support the development and coordination of communication materials, including social media drafts, messaging inputs, and partner-facing assets
Work closely with internal teams, partner managers, communications stakeholders, and agencies to ensure high-quality execution
Review and coordinate localized or AI-enhanced content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and product guidelines
Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support visibility, scalability, and smooth execution across partner waves
Experience in project management, partner marketing, communications, operations, or a related role
Experience supporting external communications, social media content, executive messaging, or partner-facing campaigns
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
Experience supporting event-heavy projects, activations, or campaign execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Fluent German is essential

Because the role supports partner communications and stakeholder coordination in the DACH market, the candidate should be able to operate confidently in German and English across both written and verbal communication.
Experience working in matrixed, international organizations
Comfort using internal systems, shared workflows, and structured project processes
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to execute joint partner communication plans end to end - from stakeholder alignment and approvals to asset readiness, timeline management, and activation support.
