Management and development of the procut assortment with the Business Unit organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization
Support of the development of a roadmap for your products to drive the business growth in close alignment with the Team Leader Product Management
Support of the sales team by actively engaging in customer visits, projects and briefings to share specific product and market knowhow
Analysis of customer and market feedback and product usage in order to feed that back into the product roadmap supported by Market Intelligence
Communication and maintainance of aligned portfolio updates on all media incl. First experience as a product manager or having a sales / application background in the food and beverages industry, preferably in a B2B business environment
Degree in food technology, general business administration or a similar qualification
Strong open-minded and entrepreneurial set with the willingness to engage and build a network within our global matrix organization
Organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
IT literate (proficient use of MS Office, SAP experience desirable)
Fluent English and German skill
