Ensures timely and compliant payroll processing of biweekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities. Provide data for monthly, quarterly, and annual Federal and State surveys, responds to manager and vendor data requests, and coordinates quarterly TDI premium submissions. Manages payroll and timekeeping system updates related to hotel portfolio changes, partners with HR/HRIS to ensure accurate Workday configuration, and administers Workday Time & Attendance, including user access, troubleshooting, system setup, billing, and manager training.
Minimum Requirements
3 years of managerial experience and 5 years of payroll and related work experience required. Bachelor's degree in related field required, certified Payroll Professional certification is highly preferred. Prior knowledge of Workday and ADP is preferred.

While base pay starts at $110,000- $150,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
