Your future responsibilities:
* Checking entries for missing or excess quantities, items, and delivery notes in the warehouse management system
* Processing clarification requests, damage claims, and cases of missing or excess quantities
* Processing delivery notes
* Scheduling
* Coordinating with external partners
* Documenting processes
What we’re looking for:
* Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities
* Proficiency in German and English is a plus
