* define and manage system requirements for test benches and simulators (according to SoW)
* ensure traceability between requirements, design, and test validation (DO-178C, ARP4754)
* coordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into a complete system
* validate system performance against requirements and perform simulations using ANSYS or MATLAB/Simulink
* create test and validation plans including KPIs and success criteria
* conduct risk analyses (FMEA, FTA) and develop mitigation strategies
* ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety regulations
* analyze test results, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
YOU…
* hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
* have relevant professional experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements, integration, and validation in aerospace projects
* are proficient in tools such as ANSYS or MATLAB/Simulink, and familiar with relevant standards (DO-178C, ARP4754)
* bring experience in risk analysis (FMEA, FTA) and compliance
* possess fluent English skills
