As an employee in project management, you act as the central point of contact for our Director from our Hamburg location and serve as the interface to the operational project management.
YOUR TASKS:
1. Acting as a contact person and providing support for the Director in strategic matters
2. Serving as a liaison between operational and strategic teams
3. Coordinating with Area Managers to align internal tasks and projects and plan the next steps
4. Creating and presenting reports and reportings, e.g., on performance KPIs
5. Preparation of management presentations
YOUR PROFILE:
6. Completed business education or degree
7. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
8. Initial experience in project management is advantageous
9. Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
10. Proficient in MS Office and PowerBI
11. Proactive and organized work approach
12. Communicative and independent work style
