The VP Supply Chain will be responsible for :
* Define and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with the company's transformation objectives.
* Drive structural optimisation and performance improvement across the entire supply chain.
* Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Serve as a strategic interface between market demands and international sales subsidiaries.
* Oversee supply chain design and planning processes to ensure agility and efficiency.
* Lead initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, resource utilization, and responsiveness.
* Ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery and distribution of products globally.
* Collaborate with process specialists to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
* Champion a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
* Identify organisational gaps and implement best practices to elevate supply chain capabilities.
* Lead and mentor a diverse, high‑performing team including heads of logistics and planning.
* Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback‑driven environment.
* Build trust and engage constructively across all levels of the organisation.
