A Snapshot of Your Day As a Project Procurement Analyst (f/m/d) you play a critical role in strengthening performance transparency, enabling fact‑based procurement decisions, and proactively mitigating risks across our global supply chain. You manage key performance reporting, monitor supplier capacities and loadings, and support strategic initiatives with high‑quality data analysis.You will work closely with Project Procurement leadership, project buyers, commodity management, and cross‑functional stakeholders. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, you help drive operational excellence, improve cost confidence, and foster a more robust and resilient global supply base.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Establish systematic methods to assess, report, and enhance cost confidence; Develop, maintain, and run periodic procurement performance and risk reporting (, CNI, NCC, SDR); Analyze procurement data to identify performance improvement opportunities and de‑risking strategies.
2. Supplier & Capacity Management: Maintain an up‑to‑date overview of supplier agreements and their status; Monitor and report supplier loading against capacity to ensure adherence to project timelines and avoid bottlenecks; Analyze supplier performance and capacity data to support sourcing strategies and assess risks.
3. Strategic & Support: Provide analytical support to the Head of Project Procurement on strategic initiatives and special topics; Prepare data‑driven recommendations and presentations for management on procurement performance; Identify and support implementation of new tools, templates, and best practices for procurement analysis.
What You Bring
4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
5. Proven experience in procurement, controlling, strategy, or data analysis, ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment
6. Strong data management and analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence tools (, Power BI, Tableau), including the ability to work independently on complex analytical topics with limited supervision
7. Knowledge of SAP applications and procurement-related systems is a plus
8. Understanding of supplier performance management and supply chain processes, as well as experience in the digitalization of processes and familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence) applications, is considered an advantage
9. Working proficiency in English; German skills are a plus
