HR Project Manager Consultant
As HR Project Manager Consultant, you will operate at the heart of a part of our global, fast-moving company. You will play a critical role in shaping how work moves, evolves and improves across our global HR landscape. You ensure that transitions of work resulting from right-sourcing decisions, organizational change or process redesign initiatives are executed seamlessly, with minimal disruption and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
* Transition Management: Lead structured transition efforts to ensure smooth transitions of work processes, minimizing disruption to operations and safeguarding service continuity. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure effective execution across stakeholders and regions.
* Strategic Implementation: Ensure all transition initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals and strategic objectives. Establish clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for each plan.
* Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities for right sourcing to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency. Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of efficiency initiatives.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transitioned processes and services. Monitor outcomes, conduct periodic reviews, and provide structured performance reporting to senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement on our transition of work method based on performance insights and lessons learned.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Lead HR Tech & Services Strategy & Transformation Consultants to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regions and functions. Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
* Innovation: Envision and incorporate innovative practices and technologies to prepare the organization for the future of work. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement. Develop and implement pilot programs to test new ideas and technologies.

Requirements
We think you'll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in HR Services, Transition Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale transitions or implementation projects.
* Familiarity with right-sourcing, operating model adjustments, or service transitions is a strong plus.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Expertise in change management principles and practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
