A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional client service in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including but not limited toAdvising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equityManaging ID checks, source of funds verification, gift deposits and risk assessmentsPreparing and issuing contractsHandling mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contractsOrdering and reporting on property searchesReviewing and reporting on titles, leases and raising associated enquiriesChecking and reporting on mortgages and management packsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with referrersRequirementsProven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseloadStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a teamLegally qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)What Were Looking For
