Aniva is your personal health concierge, making health data actionable. One of Europe's most comprehensive blood panels under €200, live in 20+ locations across Germany and Finland. Built for people who want to dance at their children's weddings, hike mountains at 80, and stay sharp for life's biggest moments. Most deaths are preventable — we're building the product that actually changes that. We're a founding-stage team in Berlin: you work directly with the founders, ideas ship this week (not next quarter), and there's zero bureaucracy. High trust, high bar, no drama. Read our manifesto if you want to understand why we exist.
Tasks
This is not a classic ops internship. We don't want someone who manages ops — we want someone who automates it away with AI, code, and a love for clean processes.
You'll report directly to Jan (Founder & CPTO) and own:
* Customer onboarding & tech setup — get new members cleanly through the funnel
* Blood testing locations — run operations and acquire new locations
* Mobile nurses — recruiting, onboarding, scheduling
* Customer support & concierge — member requests and action plans
* Labs & logistics — sample flow, shipping, escalations (driver no-shows, lab changes)
* Pipelines for product & sales — structure member feedback and patterns back to the team
Turn "it kind of works" into a system: measurable, repeatable, automated.
Technical + AI-first. Automate workflows with AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, or Zapier instead of doing them by hand. Build internal tools with Claude/GPT APIs and MCP (lab parsing, concierge drafts, onboarding flows). Use SQL for ops KPIs (cycle times, error rates, stockouts). At every manual task, ask: can an AI do this?
Requirements
Must-haves:
* Ownership-driven, bias to action
* Technically dangerous — basic SQL, comfortable with APIs, build tools with Lovable/Retool/n8n
* AI-native — Claude/GPT/Cursor daily, you think in automations
* Hands-on & structured — clear processes without bureaucracy
* Strong German and English
Nice-to-haves:
* Side projects, GitHub, own prototypes
* Healthtech or regulated environments
* Studying Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or similar
If you check most of these: apply. If you want to manage ops: wrong place. If you want to eliminate ops: keep reading.
Benefits
* Real-world impact — most deaths are preventable
* Founding-stage exposure — work directly with Jan and the core team
* Steep learning curve — ops, automations, and AI in one
* High trust, low bureaucracy — outcomes count
* Berlin base — pragmatic team, high standards, no drama
* Duration 3–6 months, conversion to full-time possible on fit
Not sure if you're a fit? Then don't apply — we don't have time to convince you. Otherwise: we'd love to hear from you.
