Dutch-Speaking Digital Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Depending on your professional background and strengths, you will be considered for one of two key functions within the department:
Option 1: Sales Executive (New Business)
* Identify and engage with potential new business clients via outbound activities.
* Analyze business needs and propose tailored digital advertising solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Option 2: Onboarding Account Manager (Growth & Retention)
* Manage and onboard a diverse portfolio of new accounts.
* Optimize and develop advertising campaigns to ensure long-term client success.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and performance improvements to increase investment.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates and reduce churn.
What You Bring
* Native-level Dutch (C2) and professional fluency in English (C1).
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing environments.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
* Knowledge of the Benelux business culture and digital marketing trends is a plus.
