With operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, we are currently building scalable structures and expanding our operations in Germany.
To support our growing finance team, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment and feels comfortable communicating across cultures and departments.
Your Responsibilities
* Process and manage incoming invoices accurately and on time
* Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation
* Prepare and execute payment runs
* Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice and payment topics
* Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Collaborate closely with local teams in Germany and international teams in Asia
* Support continuous improvement of AP processes and workflows
Your Profile
* First experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
* Background in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or international companies is a plus
* Structured and detail-oriented working style
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
* Mandarin Chinese is required
* German or English language skills are required
* Experience with ERP systems and Excel is a plus
