* Support the operation and continuous improvement of HR IT systems (we are using SAP SuccessFactors – Learning Management Solution (LMS)) while
* Assist with user requests and ticket handling in collaboration with HR and IT departments
* Support software testing activities
* Help analyse user of requirements to translate them into technical concepts
* Support documentation of system and processes changes
* Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and IT colleagues in an international environment
This is what makes you special
* Enrolled student in Business Informatics, IT, HR, Business Administration, or a
comparable field with an interest in an IT Functional role.
* Strong interest in digital IT solutions or the digitalization of HR processes
* Structured, analytical way of working and willingness to learn
* Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
* Very good English skills; German is an advantage
