As part of a Fortune Global 500 organization, you’ll take charge of building a high-quality sales pipeline, driving new business, and partnering closely with both global and regional sales teams. Key responsibilities
· Develop and qualify leads through your own outreach and collaboration with European and global sales partners
· Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce and other CRM tools
· Drive business development initiatives focused on Cold Chain Ground and Managed Transportation services
· Deliver compelling commercial proposals in collaboration with our tender management team
· Shape sales strategies, action plans, and market development roadmaps
· Act as a subject matter expert on temperature-controlled transport solutions and GDP compliance

Your qualifications & experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
· 6–8 years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally across multiple roles
· Strong understanding of pharma logistics, with emphasis on Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
· Deep knowledge of international transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
· Proven track record in sales and new business acquisition
· Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support product and service development
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Strong financial acumen and broad commercial awareness
· Flexible and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
