HR Digitalization Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Digitalization Specialist to support our digital transformation journey. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing our HR processes and ensuring seamless adoption of digital solutions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, facilitating training sessions, and contributing to process improvements that drive business value. You will work closely with our HR professionals and IT specialists to ensure successful digitalization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create clear, concise, and engaging intranet content (guides, process updates, training materials) to support employees in adopting new digital HR solutions.
2. Organize and lead workshops to introduce system updates, discuss process adaptations, and ensure smooth change adoption.
3. Participate in system training, assist with user testing, troubleshooting, and ensure ongoing system maintenance.
4. Develop and continuously improve user guides, process documentation, and training materials in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
5. Collaborate across teams to ensure successful digitalization efforts.
Requirements:
* You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
* You have a strong interest in HR and ideally possess some practical experience in the field.
* Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with an ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
* You thrive in a dynamic, international environment, working independently with a proactive and innovative mindset.
* Excellent command of English (written & spoken) is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
