Description Change the world. Love your job. In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job. As an Analog Design Engineer, you will create integrated circuit designs that help bring new TI products to life and make our customers' visions a reality. You'll define, design, model, implement and document analog, mixed-signal, and power management integrated circuits (ICs). Your graduate-level background in circuit design will allow you to quickly contribute to meaningful projects and tackle complex design challenges from day one. You'll have the opportunity to work in exciting areas such as power management, battery management, automotive, and industrial applications, among many more. You'll be working on state-of-the-art wafer processes, learning from and collaborating with industry experts. Understanding the various aspects of product development will help you become a better designer. You will spend time performing typical "front-end" design activities such as designing and drawing schematics, simulating functionality and parametric performance, and assisting in IC layout and post-layout extracted simulations. You'll also gain exposure to "back-end" activities such as bench characterization, final test, and failure analysis. This is a great way to apply knowledge from your circuit design coursework and see how designs progress in the real world. As part of your job, you will also get exposure to other roles such as Design Verification, Digital Design, and Layout Engineering through formal learning, projects, and on-the-job experiences that will help broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI. Put your talent to work with us as an Analog Design Engineer! Qualifications Minimum requirements: Masters or PhD degree (recently completed or about to graduate) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field with focus on analog/mixed-signal IC design Preferred qualifications: Coursework, thesis, internship, or project experience in analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals such as amplifiers, comparators, references, and feedback control loops Familiarity with power management circuits (DC-DC converters, LDOs, gate drivers) and/or voltage regulation techniques Exposure to circuit simulation and IC design methodologies Understanding of mixed-signal design concepts including digital control interfaces and analog-digital integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and learn from diverse perspectives Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new technologies and take on challenging projects Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Our offer for you: Benefit from a competitive salary, yearly profit sharing (dependent on company success), flexible working hours, an unlimited contract from the beginning and many additional benefits Join an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse culture Explore a world of opportunities for your personal and professional development
