How you will create an impact:
* Lead andmentor the DevOps engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, removing blockers,and acting as an escalation point
* Set cleargoals and expectations, including regular 1:1s, performance feedback,development plans, and ongoing coaching through mentoring and knowledge sharing
* Define anddrive the DevOps strategy aligned with enterprise standards
* OverseeAzure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, cost efficiency,and monitoring performance, usage, and spending to address risks andinefficiencies
* Support theoperationalization of AI/ML solutions and MLOps practices
* Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to enable reliable AI platform delivery and act asa technical advisor contributing to strategic roadmap planning
* Govern andpromote Infrastructure as Code, defining and enforcing IaC standards and bestpractices (Terraform)
* Ensureeffective CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including governance viacode reviews and CI/CD validation
* Driveadoption of IaC and DevOps practices through training and reusable modules
About you:
* Severalyears of experience in a medium to large corporate environment or softwarehouse
* Experienceworking with remote engineering teams with diverse backgrounds
* 5+ years inDevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
* 3 + yearsin a management role with demonstrated experience in leading and developingDevOps teams
* Strongleadership and ability to develop and guide engineers
* Strongknowledge of DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation, reliability)
* Experiencewith Microsoft Azure cloud environments
* Clearcommunication across technical and non-technical teams with fluent English
* Strategicmindset focused on scalability and stability
* Ownershipand accountability for delivery and outcomes
* Adaptabilityto evolving AI and cloud technologies
