Join Orange Business as a Client Executive responsible for a portfolio of high-value existing customers with annual revenues exceeding €15 million. Your primary mission is to significantly grow revenues by understanding customer business needs, leveraging industry vertical expertise, and selling innovative services. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual success. You will lead and own sales initiatives on a global scale, proactively pursuing new opportunities, expanding the pipeline, and closing high-value deals. Your strategic approach will position Orange Business as a trusted partner in digital transformation, supporting customers’ growth ambitions through new service offerings. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive substantial revenue growth within your customer portfolio. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services. Build a robust pipeline by engaging new decision-makers, leveraging market insights, and lead generation campaigns. Lead proposal development, coordinate bid teams, and negotiate complex deals to secure high-value contracts. Drive revenue growth by introducing innovative services aligned with customer needs and industry trends. Customer & Industry Knowledge Gain deep understanding of each customer’s business model, industry sector, and strategic objectives. Develop vertical expertise in key industry sectors (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare) to tailor solutions and position Orange Business as a trusted partner. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to anticipate customer needs and identify new opportunities. Leadership & Cross-Functional Orchestration Ensure alignment across teams to meet customer expectations, deliver high-quality solutions, and achieve revenue targets. Act as the central point of contact for your accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration internally and externally. Relationship & Stakeholder Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and strategic objectives to deliver value-driven solutions. Manage stakeholder engagement, account governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Account & Business Management Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional team comprising of Contract Managers, Solution Experts, Service Managers and Program Managers to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value. Oversee account governance, stakeholder engagement, and account health. Manage the customer’s P&L, ensuring profitability and identifying opportunities for growth. Develop and implement a 3-year account strategy, including financial targets and business plans. Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the partnership. Market & Industry Insights Gather insights on market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and position Orange Business effectively. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 8 years in client-facing roles within IT services, solutions, or telecom industries. Proven success in managing strategic accounts with a strong sales focus. Demonstrated ability to build new contacts, develop pipelines, and close high-value deals. Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L management. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to engage at C-level and build long-term, trusted relationships. Vertical industry knowledge (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare) is highly desirable. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus. Preferred Attributes Strategic thinker with a proactive mentality. Skilled in solution design, value selling, and digital transformation. Leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with global compliance, procurement, and supply chain processes.
