Key Responsibilities Include
* Drive and scale international revenue growth through strategic, high-value B2B sales.
* Win and grow major corporate clients into long-term strategic partnerships.
* Lead complex sales processes with senior decision-makers across global organizations.
* Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline that delivers consistently.
* Act as a trusted advisor, translating climate strategy into commercial value.
* Spot and crack high-potential industries, using sharp market insight and timing to win.
* Lead by example: set ambitious targets build a high-performance sales culture.
* Represent First Climate externally - at industry events, conferences, and in key networks - strengthening our market authority.
Specific Requirements
* Proven success and experience in complex B2B sales, key account management, or business development with a strong record of achieving targets.
* You actively look for and develop new business opportunities instead of waiting for them.
* Strong commercial understanding and confident in managing pipelines, forecasts, and revenue goals.
* A supportive and reliable leader who sets clear expectations and helps teams succeed.
* Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations; experience in sustainability or energy is a plus.
* Professional fluency in English and German with strong communication skills.
