Role Summary.
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Onsite Technical Architect to lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions for our client in Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules and demonstrate strong architectural leadership in hybrid work environment
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
* Collaborate with client executives to identify pain points and translate them into platform solutions.
* Define integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and ServiceNow roadmap.
* Deliver workshops, best practice sessions, and educational engagements for customers and partners.
* Ensure platform scalability and alignment with business goals.
* Oversee implementation teams and ensure adherence to technical standards and SLAS
Required Skills
* Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance.
* Experience with open source LLMs and enterprise service management.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in German language.
