Job Description
2. Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
3. Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
4. Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
5. Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
6. Provide project management support to our corporate governance and strategy workstreams
7. Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on governance related deliverables
Qualifications
8. You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management or equivalent
9. First experience in project management activities
10. Strong interest in navigating the German regulatory landscape
11. Initial knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements ( DORA, MaRisk, etc.)
12. Strong interest in compliance, governance and controlling topics
13. Ability to work detail oriented in a fast paced environment
14. First experience in reviewing and writing governance documentation for regulated firms
15. You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German
16. Minimum duration of the internship: 3 Months
