Manager Fund Legal – AIF, Active Communication
Our client, a growing and renowned Luxembourgish PSF, is looking for a Manager Fund Legal to support its development and handle its team. By joining this firm, your missions will be focused on alternative investments funds, with a background in Private Equity and Real Estate. With a high level of complexity in cases, you will have the opportunity to meet an experimented team who is used to handle technical files and is waiting to be managed by someone’s ready.

Your Responsibilities |AIF – Funds Management – Legal - PSF
* Leading and supervising the legal management of fund and corporate structures, ensuring high-quality, compliant and timely service delivery.
* Managing and mentoring a team of legal professionals, stimulating autonomy, collaboration and a client-focused mindset while ensuring consistent standards across files.
* Overseeing regulatory and governance matters, acting as a trusted internal reference for senior management and operational teams.
Profile and Career Path | AIF – Funds Management – Legal - PSF
* You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a law firm in Luxembourg, allowing you to be comfortable in your position of manager.
* You are fluent in English and French, any additional languages being considered as an advantage.
* You are motivated with the idea to manage an experienced team where communication is one of the most important value.
