* Fachliche Führung des Entwicklungsteams Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigungssteuerung im Prototypenbau
* Aktive Gestaltung der Schnittstellen zum vorgelagerten Bereich wie Entwicklung und Einkauf / Materialmanagement sowie zum nachgelagerten Bereich wie Werkstatt, Versuch und Serienproduktion
* Verantwortung für die Koordination von Qualitätsmeldungen sowie für die Produktionslogistik im Prototypenbau
* Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des Teams, der Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und beim Ressourcenaufbau
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
* Erste Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und/oder Fertigungssteuerung
* SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
* Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis für Kennzahlen
* Hohe Koordinations- und Kommunikationsstärke
* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Grundlegende Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
